Having happily represented Brewer-Cantelmo since October 2010 we decided to cease dealing with House of Portfolios in New York in August 2011 after representing them for over 7 years.
This office shall continue to provide a service such as supplying pages etc to all our international customers who have supported this office during that time and ordered and purchased their portfolios from House of Portfolios through this London office.
Please read the information below before proceeding to the other pages.

This is an office and not a shop and we operate strictly by appointment only and all our products including sample portfolios and bags and material swatches are available for viewing. Same day appointments are normally available and appointments usually last one hour.
Appointments for portfolio viewing are £10 payable in advance on credit or debit cards and refunded when you place an order. We deal with professionals and do not waste customers time and we are not prepared to spend an hour of our time being wasted by people who are just window shopping.
We are here to provide a service to our own customers who have purchased our portfolios either directly through this office or through photographic agents in London and Stockholm who order portfolios for their artists directly through this office.
We are not here to provide embossing or any other services for products purchased elsewhere. Our stock pages for portfolios are only available to customers who have purchased their portfolios through this office.
Whilst we are happy to provide information about our products over the telephone we will only provide quotes via email.
All products are priced in US Dollars and are exactly the same price as the New York office prices we will provide you with the approximate cost in your own currency. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the prices on this site, for shipping cost please inform us which country you want your order delivered to so that we can give you an accurate cost as shipping costs vary from country to country. If you are in London and want to collect from this office please tell us this. Shipping is cheaper for collection from the London Office. Shipping applies to all orders even for collection from the London office as all our products are made in New York and shipped here. If you want to collect your order in New York shipping cost does not apply but a New York Sales Tax of 8.875% applies to all orders collected in New York.
Before contacting us please make sure that you include a contact telephone number in your email just in case we need to contact you for any further information.
We do not respond to vague emails without a contact telephone number.
We make quality hand made products and typical turnaround time from ordering to delivery is within 10 to 14 days depending on the product and material required.
If you cannot wait two weeks for a portfolio then you need to look elsewhere.
Please mention when contacting us for quotes whether you are based in London and want to collect the portfolio from the London office. Shipping costs directly to customers addresses are more expensive than shipping cost for orders to be collected from the London office as orders delivered here come in bulk making the shipping cost per item cheaper. We ship worldwide.
Before contacting us please read the questions below so that you have some idea of the information that we require to be able to to give you a quote. I appreciate that if you are thinking of ordering your first portfolio that you may want to ask for further information over the telephone. Please note that afternoons are our busiest times for appointments and may not be able to deal with your telephone calls if we are in appointments with customers. The best time to ring for information is before 12 noon or after 5pm.

What size do you require we always refer to the visual area/image size which goes into the portfolio and not the outside dimentions of the Portfolio Book

To avoid any confusion please state whether it is a Portrait or Landscape format portfolio you require. The measurements on this site are always height x width

What material do you require for your portfolio? We do not make cloth or fabric portfolios.

How many pages do you require in your portfolio? Each page is double sided and holds two images.

- Do you require round corners on the portfolio or square corners?
- Do you require a lining upgrade instead of the standard black lining inside the portfolio. Portfolios can be lined with all Premium SK and Leathers shown on this site see lining upgrade prices at the bottom of each portfolio page.

If you require an elegante portfolio book with flap do you require a button or magnetic flap closure?

Which insterts would you require in the portfolio? Most customers prefer black acetates if you require white, polyester or BC lites please mention this.

Do you require your name embossed on the portfolio?

If you want a quote for a logo please send this to us in the correct size in a .pdf or .eps file and include the measurements in the email so that we can check this against the print out of the logo.We cannot provide a quote for a logo unless we have first seen the logo. We do not accept jpegs files for embossing.
- Pockets for cards are normally placed in the back of the portfolio and are horizontal. Please sepcify if you require them in the front of the portfolio instead or if you would like a vertical pocket.
